In terms of the copyright - I think its okay. The cars are different enough in their re-modelling and re-texturing to be regarded as different from the codemasters products. The problem occurs when you take something identical and pass it off as your own or distribute it in, ie music filesharing.

the Problem is now...

- you mean the codemasters car is "legal"..
but in other Games (rFactor, GTR2...) is this illegal. and the illegal mod is than on the "blacklist"

cause otherwise i can also take a mod from gp4 and paint any files and than i mean it was my mod.... which i mean that´s just such a problem

I think the discussion is useless, if André gets all permission from the authors of the files then the mod is legal, if not or you have a problem get it in PRIVATE MESSAGE please !
