What the hell is it all about? i cant figure the thing out. instructions are crap. and he says on his website that the excel file has no macros but it does . be careful. macros can contain viruses.

You start off driving in 1999 for a low down team and the aim is to be at a high team for 2003 season. Thats what its all about

maybe you're confused about the player calibrate option

as the player car now has GRIP applied from the performance file, the player
has to calibrate each track to their own driving ability, GPL had a similar
system, but it was automatic.

drive the minardi team using the 2001 test.txt performance at a 2001
track of your choice, put in your best effort in qualifying, then quit gp4
and enter your time on the grip calculation sheet, to the left of your time
is the estimated player grip.

using the BHP/GRIP UTIL enter the new grip level in the NEW GRIP box,
patch gp4, tweak the PLAYER MASTER GRIP until you're within 1/10th
to 2/10ths of pole in qualifying.

when you're happy with your results, quit the game and restart using the
2001.txt performance file, any team you now choose to drive should find
you performing very similar to their grid slots.

for example try the prost team, with alesi you should be around 15th and
with burti about 1.5sec slower at 21st, choose schue and you should
put it on pole.

the process of setting up a track shouldn't take that long, 3 attempts at
most, once you set up a 2001 tracks then all the other seasons tracks will
work correctly.

look i dont want be a nuisance but can someone please tell me how to install the team career patch and how to operate it. step by step.

extract belini folder into gp4\circuits folder

extract the following into your gp4 folder:
belini bhp grip.exe
gp4belini pitstop.exe (optional) pitstop routine
gp4belini unpitstop.exe
gp4belini gear.exe (optional) gives 7th gear with default setups
gp4belini ungear.exe


run belini bhp grip.exe
locate your gp4.exe
patch bhp/grip

open gpxpatch v3.32
tick gpxset and gpxtrack
select gpxset tab
tick car power team dependant
tick perf file and open 2001.txt from gp4\circuits\belini folder
select gpxtrack tab
open gp4\Circuits\belini\2001 tracks.set

hit start gpx button

try the prost team you'll find you're faster with alesi than burti
if you like then follow the instructions in the post above, or read the
help (located in gp4\circuits\belini\help folder, if not delete.
