Problem with rear light in the rain

Would anyone have any idea how to fix this. I have all the rear positions correct I think and have RearLightBrake and Ambient Position set to 1 in tweaker so it should be fine. Have I perhaps missed something in the graphics.cfg file? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. - If you can't see the image it is - [imageshack.us]

Thanks very much Tom - problem solved. I must have deleted because there is a hi_brakeglow which is different.
