Yes. I asked Ed some times ago. He confirmed.

I think the guy did a decent job, even though the tracks are leeched.
If, for example, I update a track for personal use, is that considered leeching or fair use?

The idea is to get the consent of the original designer, it's polite.

Actually plodek has released upto Istanbul 2011!

He & we (at GP4Argentina) are waiting for the permision from GP4free, for Monaco 2011, but plodek has upto Canada 2011, maybe more!

Just hasn't released them yet. I can't wait!

ps. ANYBODY OUT THERE KNOW GP4FREE? PLODEK, PLEASE RELEASE THE OTHERS!

you're free to do whatever you want as long as you don't release it. modifications for personal use are no problem at all (i guess everyone does it to a certain extend)
