@3tec, you should start your own thread. A lot of objects appear to be missing. First delete all the wad cache and re-test with another mod. If you can proceed through all the menus and get on-track then try again with an empty wad cache and an original anim and cars.wad.
I don't have this mod, but I suspect it should be working unless you have made some changes somewhere.

All these objects are coming from the (cockpit) steering wheel 3d object in the cars.wad.
You've better to reinstall any mod that could have changed it.
But yep, opening another thread would have been better.
