1967 Mod by b-tone is released? [OPINIONS]

In GrandPrixX.com, I acessed in 1967 Mod page, because in gp4db.com
the mod it's not included.

The b-tone's 1967 Mod is released? (Because in grandprixx.com, is released)

Post your opinions of Was/Not was released this mod.

(Because I not searched here in GPG.org)

The only link is in gp4-argentina.com. But after you install, all is gonna be spanish (except if you change the language).

The Mod is released in 28th December 2003. I sure this is not a CSM mod.

I sure because Carset Manager was or not created by ZaZ in this year.
