EA have a really interesting concept

hios is an idea made by people in the F1 200x community, and the company has 'borrowed' it for there advantage

you say this as if its a bad thing, at least they listen to what the community want unlike another F1 game maker I can think of

At the moment u hear its a EA game u mock it.
Did the first gp4pic where perfect and didnt have any mistakes?
Did u wait for better pics?
Did u sayd it rocks even though there were mistakes?
And i dont think thats Eu rouge in the pic

One thing u sayd there was a mistake with JV's hands... take a look at the hands in gp4 when theyr turning the wheel

That is Eau Rouge for sure have a look at the D2 advertising. Its a dead giveaway. But it could be Turn 1 at Melbourne Here is one of the first pics taken from the WIP version of GP4. [www.gpx.it]

It looks like somone has just taken screen shot from the F1 games that ran on the PS1 there is not even the wall next to the circuit at SPA.

I do not think them screen shots are real.

There is no way a modern game could look like that, i could get better graphics on a Spectrum 48k.

Have just seen the web site and them pics are from the game, what a shame, the idea is good but the graphics looks so poor.

The only good carrer game was Super Monaco GP for the Sega mega drive.

If they want to make it a game for everybody, a idea that I've ever had: include 2 game engines! One for powerful pcs and mega graphics, the other for low-spec pc's.
By the way, if the game is really good, no matter if the Eau rouge is wrong or not. In Gp3 the Interlagos track is something very strange, but the game is still good!

You're all missing the point here! Those are clearly Playstation 2 screenshots from the continue (x) on the grid screenshot. Remember for the PC version of all F1 200x games it is developed by a separate company (Image Space Incorporated) who follow a set of guidelines (ie to make areas of it similiar like graphics) by EA. EA realises the PC market demands a less arcadey game and so we will probably see something much better.

Yes its a "h" on helmet and yes they used supertech engines from renault in season 99.

Think they used some ea f1200x grafics for the game. Its a simple remake with some new funtions - not more (i think).

But lets wait till a demo is available. Then we all see if the game is good or not.

We need the graphics of GP4, the physics somewhere in between GP4 and F12002, definetely F12002's FF. Unilikely to happen though!! A ton of money to be made in this Market for someone - just a matter of time.
