Iv noticed the wheels are not aligned properly and the HUD seems to be saying kph but is surely showing the mph speed as it seems low to me? Help? Sorry i havent played for years so cant remember if theres something I am meant to do!

Hello to all F1 heads. I'm new here so can anyone help me how install 2011 mod? I have the original version of the GP4.

From graphics menu,deselect tv overlays and arcade overlays,from workshop menu,click on utilities and then select use metric units.That should solve the mph/kph problem.
For the wrong position of tyres,you need to edit y-co ords of the mclaren car either with team editoror gp4 tweaker.

to RockyMMG:

First update the game with patch 9.6 and a decrypted gp4.exe which can be found at gp4db.com.
Then download the .cuh file and save it somewhere.
Next,download zaz tools from gp4db,start carset manager(CSM),configure your gp4.exe path and then fro CSM,go to file-install carset/update and click the file that you downloaded.Press open,CSM will install the mod and after installation,click start at the bottom and you can play this great mod.

Ah thanks mate. Regarding the tyre positions - its wrong for everycar( see back axle of car infront of my mclaren)
Is this tyre position something everyone has suffered from? bug in mod?

If i recall the first release of the mod there wasnt a problem with the coordinates of the wheels. Maybe its due the resolution you play.

Next update to be tested should be ready before 22 JULY. Release should not be long after if not many big problems get reported and all permission is granted.

A few spots for testing are still open, interested sent me a pm, you will need msn or facebook for direct chat to give feedback.

Hey Bigbro!

I play on a laptop on resolution 1440x900 but there doesnt seem to be a problem on other mods i have played on here. So not sure but if nobody else has the problem then probably is due to this strangely enough. Though in the image the rear tyres are infront of the rear axle quite a bit so wouldnt have thought it be resolution issues! I might change the resolution and see what happens tonight though.

says Force India Mclaren when showing names when driving(think from performance file). I think it should be Force India Mercedes.

Thanks for the feedback but there will be new perfomance files in the mod so it could be fixed already !

Every car that I select, they skid a lot with the back...
And the Red Bull cars are running very fast, lol!

Thanks, i'll add them when i find the time héhé, but new stuff is inserted already so i'll give you a copy when almost complete so you can check the new stuff if that is fine with you to continue with the tweaking settings.
