Loss of speed

Can anyone help?

I'm using SchueyFan's Hockenhiem 2001 circuit, if I don't play around with the car setup I can reach 225mph like the AI's, however my team mate can reach 235mph no problems! But the minute I change anything the car drop's to no more than 206mph top speed?

I've tried using Physics editor with no joy, magicdata & Team Editor with the same out come. Anyone got any ideas on this I'm about 5.6 secs off the pace

I've driven some races 2000 and 2001 season at the track and have had no problem with my high speed.

Although, I've driven with Trackcams on rookie level but I don't loose out on the straights as long as the others does not slipstream me
