Teameditor problems

I experience serious problems with teameditor, i immediately get an error after starting this programm?? i tried both versions, 3.2 and 3.5 but i can't open this programm at all.

I have had the odd problem with this - it sorts itself if I reboot the computer. I get a windows error message.
