Hi,
Has anybody a good Turkey track without the pit entry bug? On both versions I have (2005 and 2009) all AI's crash when they try to enter the pitlane...

Yes, it is a magic data problem.

The solution was posted in the original release thread in these forums, or you can download a fixed magic data file here

My 2008 track also fixes the problem (follow the links in my signature)

On the subject of Turkey, does anyone have the same problem as me with the pitcrews not lined up with the correct garage? I use team 7 and my pit crew are outside the team 6 garage - I use the same numbering for my teams in every other track and they are ok but Turkey has this problem.

I tried using the 2008 track pack version and this happens and also the pitcrew freeze

Is there a good working version anywhere that someone knows about or can share?

Yes, this is because when the track was created, there was a choice between an accurate pit building and garages lining up in-game, and the trackmakers chose the former. This is because the design of the pitbuilding doesn't have all of the garages in a row as GP4 requires

Hopefully a new version might appear sometime that can fix that problem - along with Valencia's disappearing cars!!

SchueyFan - I also have a query about Istanbul. I have a problem with this track, exactly as I do with older versions of Montreal. You can start the race and save every few laps in cockpit view no problem but beyond one-third distance a save and exit from the game causes a CTD. Is there something I'm doing wrong or maybe my system?

It's not the CC-line you need, but the magic data.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what this problem could be.

Make sure verbosity is turned on in GPxPatch, but apart from that, my GP4 troubleshooting knowledge isn't great

Whilst on this Istanbul circuit, has anyone got a good keyboard setup they would be willing to share? For me, I always seem to spin out going through the Turn 8 complex, with the rear end just sliding around. Seems as soon as i hit the curb on the inside of the turn, around I go....

Thanks, but where can I find the magicdata? I only found a new cc line and the 2008 version of the track but both have the same issue.

just wanted to know if you knew of a fix for the Turkey garages, - are there actually 11 garages that just need re-numbering or do some teams not have one? Does the game crash if you try and pit these teams? I've re-numbered the garage tex files for my team and the ones either side so that the team I use is positioned correctly but was just wondering about the other teams - hope you can help anyway - or if anyone else knows about this problem
