processor occupancy rate

My Gp4 was running with a normal occupancy rate the whole time, so that it was driveable, but now after adding some new stuff(which i've done before, too)
my occupancy rate is so low, that the whole game runs too fast and this fact makes it undriveable!

anybody knows how i can solve it?
