GP4 crashes when using an updated car wad - [fixed]

I really hope someone will have a thought on this, it would be very much appreciated. I have got a new pc and the game has run fine for 2 weeks with various new wads. Suddenly as of yesterday it started crashing. It still loads the original cars wad no problem but any other wad now crashes the game when starting the track loading bar. Thanks in advance. Care to share? Just got myself a new laptop that handles GP4 better than anything i'v ehad previosuly so would great to know not to repeat your mistake :)
Yes - this was brain fade. Yesterday the game got corrupted when I ran a version of Abu Dhabi I got from GP4 Argentina, it was impossible to replace the montreal track slot with another circuit, the game just came up with Yas Marina. So re-installed GP4 and had the crashes. Thing I forgot after the reload was the new car wads have just lod0 and I forgot to specify force best carshape in Team Editor. It appears to be as embarrasingly simple as that.
I'ts funny to read that, because I thought I had the same problem that davidm explained. My GP4 always crashes when i'm playing with modified cars.wad.

However, even after I did the same changes in Team Editor (the same that davidm did), my GP4 is still crashing as you can see in log below:
