Could you tell me if there is any good league/championship to race against other fellows..??

I'm re-installing the whole game again after a long time......
I have my MSFT-FFWheel ready to go..BUT
Can you give me an install guide to get up.to.date with the full game???
i.e. which patches updates etc. should I go for in order to get my 2002 or 03 season up and running??
