Where's that file gone?

A little while ago somebody released a file on these forums with better fire and engine smoke etc. I downloaded it, but lost it when I re-installed Windows. I can't find it on any sites and I can't find it in the 'older messages'.

Thread was at 0 before i replied and after it passed to 26.

Thanks, but the file I had before had thicker smoke/spray/gravel dust etc. I would do it myself as I can remember how it was, but I haven't got PSP or something to edit it with.
