Guys ... guys ... guys! When will we ever learn. Why do you do it? In case you have not noticed there are no modders interested in make any cars for this sim any more, exactly for this reason. Mpad has now joined the long list of modders that have become completely disgusted by the demands that have been placed on them.

If Igave you a brand new ferrari and you did not like a particular part of the car you would not dismantel the car. The first thing you would do is ask the dealer if they were willing to help. If there was nothing they could do, you would then have the choice to continue useing the car as it is and be grateful or not at all.

Why then would you harrass Mpad into makeing this decision, which now affects the whole community, it's a crying shame .... just one more nail in the coffin for GP4.

Мне очень жаль услышать о Вашем решении прекратить создавать автомобили для GP4.
Несколько глупых людей испортили это для целого сообщества.

But lets say that this ferrari was missing the wheel hubs/brakes-would you not like this fixed. Personally, I think carshapers should take their time and do the job correctly the first time and not worry about users demanding more. Being a quality engineer by trade - to me this makes sense.

It is still a shame that we are losing another carshaper. Mpad is definately a great shaper but his "quality control" could be better. I think he should release the car to someone so that this person or team could dbl check the shape and tex's for bugs/errors. This is not an attack on you Mpad-I personally think it should be done by all the addon makers. I do know that some addon makers do this by releasing the addon to a cpl of people for beta testing.

yes true that cars should be released when they are error free but who is to blame? us the community because we always ask and tell to released as quickly as possible without thinking that it may have bugs :/ so we only have us to blame for that.

Good point, ...... but guess what? Along with the wheel hubs and brakes............. we now have no car at all.

Yeah, his last cars may had a few bugs but hey...Who's perfect?

At least he mentioned to fix those issues.

Not to forget his several(!) comments that he will not release his Ferrari because of different bugs and his several(!) comments on not giving the permission to work on his McLaren because of a cooperation with the WCP group.

And what happend? Some guys started to release his Ferrari and mentioned that they unlocked his car in order to release a improved version.

Don't get me wrong, I know that they (may) had good intentions. But you/we have to respect his decisions as he is the author.

It's a shame if we really lose this great modder...

I still hope mpad will change his mind about not doing cars for gp4 anymore as he is great shaper and painter as well and to be honest we don't have many of them anymore but it is our loss if mpad will leave.


I want to thank mpad for all he has done for gp4, thanks for the great work and good luck with the future works, you are always welcome here and I will remember your work always with happiness, I hope we will still see your work in gp4 as well

Personally I haven't ever asked when a car will be finished-its finished when it finished. If all forum members would just remember to do the same-then we wouldnt keep losing talented addon makers. These addon makers do have personal lives which in most cases comes first.

I noticed that you were able to speak russian with mpad-maybe you could help him with the language and beta testing issues. Afterall we are supposed to be a community. And to all the people who have asked permission to convert/fix his work-DO IT VIA PM.

I am going to miss seeing Mpads work in my gp4.

this word permission make trouble in all games.
it's nice that we have updates, but these permission things sucks.

release your files without permission, delete all modding groups and let guys make updates on other files. it can be so easy but no. it must be complicated
