How to change AI cars' setup?

After i create my track I found that the AI cars are too slow in straight lines.I want to know how to change the ai's setups?

Check this thread, you can adjust the car setup for AI cars in the magic data. If you use TSM its easy see picture !!!

May not be a matter of AI setup, if AI cars don't get to full speed even you have made correct rear-wing and gear adjustments.
(in this case they don't get 7th gear near to revs limit)
In this is what happens, you need to adjust the air resistance value in magic datas.
Higher air resistance value = less air drag => higher AI top speed.
