Performace

Hey guys, i got a question:

As u know u can change the performace of the cars an the drivers into gp4 with carcreator. But since I got the new seasonpack, it's a few months go already i think, there are problems changing it like i want... I can see the changes i make (peformace qual.+race and failure) in the program, but i can not see the changes in the game. It stays the same (m.schumacher always in front, not many failures, etc..) and thats boring... With the carcreator i can change-, carliveries, helmets, everything, just the performace not.. what can i do without installing the game again...?
