Question about 2009 Empty Mod

Is there a way to add the 11th team as there is not an option on the mod's configurables. Also, could anyone make a Mountain Dew livery using Mitsuro Sano's VJM02? I'm not sure this is the best thread to ask.

To enable the 11th team you need to go into the tweaker folder in the 2009 carset folder, look for and open the numcars.ini file, you will see a grid like table with lots of 1's except for the last two columns, change the 0's to 1's, save the file, now you should have 22 cars on track rather than just 20.
