Can't open GP4 Tweaker or Team Editor

As the title says, I've unzipped the files into the folders but when I try to start the applications, for GP4 Tweaker, it says Unable to open GP4 file and make sure it's not running when it isn't. For Team editor some error message appears, but it's in French and I can't understand French.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You most probably need to use the nocd GP4.exe. Please check the FAQ at the top of the forum, everything's up there to prepare your game for modifications.

I'm fine now, I just run GP4Tweaker as administrator.
