I think he's referring to the bottom of the front right tyre in particular, the texturing looks a little blocky.

Thanx Ed, I understand now. the trouble is with my old TFT moniter the screens are really dark so you can't see evry thing untill it's on the higher res flat screens .... think the problem is fixed now though .
