Ideal Line not showing on new tracks

I know most of the new gp4 tracks that are made don't have the option to show the ideal line on the track like the original tracks did and I was wondering if it was possible to include this in the track wad files. I only ask because I'm using a 2005 version of Montreal which shows the line but would like to update to using a newer version of the track and they all don't show the line. As the track layout hasn't changed, is there a file I can take from the 2005 track and install into whichever file it needs to go into in a newer trackwad? Just thought I'd ask if it was possible and how it could be done, I know there are a lot of people who produce great tracks so thought someone might have a solution.

It's not a file you need to add but a 3D object and it needs to deal with GP4 Builder, .gp4 and .dat file.
It's not that difficult but it could be long to explain.

If possible could you explain where to look in the gp4 file and dat file from the track with the ideal line so I'd know what to look for, gp4 builder is a complicated tool when you're not used to it, any help from anyone would be appreciated

OK, I will try to explain how to create a visual ccline briefly :
- get track .dat file
- extract track .gp4 file from its wad
- put both .gp4 and .dat in the same folder
- launch GP4builder and open the .gp4 file
- double click all scenes in left list then scene 1
- click on add button, select track from .dat
- uncheck everything but track checkbox and ccline checkbox
- change texture name to the ccline texture name if you know it (else you will need to browse all track textures to find it)
- hit create track mesh button
- save .gp4 file (no need to save .dat file)
- update track wad with your modified .gp4 file
- enjoy ingame (be sure to activate ccline display in game)

I hope it could help.

Here is the original ideal line texture that can be used if you don't want to search through all the other textures.

However, you will need to Add this texture to the file before it shows up in the list of textures.
