I think it's just the 2009 RedBull with early season specs

On f1technical.net, they reckon its a 2006 spec with some 2009 bits bolted on.

yes, they seem to be adding more and more bits to it all the time.

It definitely started out as as a 2005/06 car - then they added a sharkfin, and gradually have added more and more aero parts.
