GPGSL Brazilian Grand Prix.
Qualifying
Today was the turn of the main race drivers to take to the track. The weather stayed fair and the circuit was declared dog free for the action to begin.
Somogyi, being first across the line set the mark.
Closely followed by his team mate Walters.
Van Dijck close behind just nicking the fastest time.
Phoenix's McGregor lowering the pole time.
That time was eclipsed by Kittleson as he took over a quarter of a second off the pole.
Fuh taking 3rd.
Only to be beaten by Fischeder.
Greenhalgh just missing out on 1st place.
Aston Martin's Adam Davies grabbing 3rd.
Positions after all drivers had done one run.
Nick van der Voort had been badly held up and just about made 10th.
Marko Aleksander had a nightmare of a run.
Van Dijck jumping into a 2nd row grid spot.
Davies then just beating him by only 3 thousandths of a second.
Van der Voort finds a clear track for his 2nd run and takes the pole.
Aleksander also making amends by taking 3rd.
2nd runs complete here's the standings.

Rookie Karjalainen is having a quite creditable debut season.

4th for Rod, 9th for me. I smell some points for TGP. 
Both cars in the top 10.

GPGSL Announcement
Round 7 and the activity checks are now on hold until the current issues with the grandprixgames hosting server are fixed.
Some European users are still unable to log on to the site. I have not been able to contact Stephan to notify the hosting site.

Superb AMR qualifying! Congrats to Nick, again another wonderful qualy. And Adam...you finally managed to finish a qualy in the top 10. Compared with your efforts in the last races when starting from p20 or similar, this would mean a double win for AMR
