I need some help.

I am trying to convert .tga files to .tex files using SlimTex, this is what I am doing.

1. Opening SlimTex
2. Clicking on Batch to TEX
3. Selecting the files I want and droping them into the table.
4. Clicking on Convert

After I have clicked on Convert, they just disappear. I tryed selecting Use Output Path and then having the type box next to that say Desktop but that didn't help.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi

Try to do this :

1. Click with right button on the TGA file
2. Open with slimtex
3. Choose DDS , DXT5 , tex mode
4. Save the TEX file

Thanks mate, that did work but I also figured out what I was doing wrong I think.

After I draged the files into the table I needed to select them all and right click on them and select tga.

Does know if this is the right way to do it?

This sound like I am doing it right know?

To convert tga to tex:

Open Slimtex, click on the Tex tab
Select and drag your tga files into the Slimtex window
Select them all, click right
Choose:
- DXT5
- Full transparency
- Don't modify the size, excepted if you want to get them to a lower resolution.
- Number of minimaps : 4
- Flip (if they appear in the right order into Zmodeler, I mean if they are not inverted into Zmodeler, you have to flip them for the game)
- Prefix :hi (if they are in hi-resolution)

Convert.
