i'm currently working on some .dat updates for estoril (turns 1, 2 and 3 will be reprofiled plus a 94 version with the chicane, new cc-line) but i have loads of other things to do so it might take a while to get this done. i'm just posting this so you guys know that it isn't dead (yet )

About the layouts of runways, we always leave very clear that we could not do it, so who really helped us in this direction was the nOObinio I always leave my thanks. Without them it would be 100% just Trackpacks plates, boxes, mechanics and so on... With his help we were able to have on its packets tracks with certain layouts such as hungary 1988, hockenheim 1991 and etc....

Anyone have any idea how to make the files and boxes pitstands 11 team change automatically according to the selection in the CSM?

I created a folder within the mod: PITBOX -> HRT and Marussia

I'm trying to configure some files

swap.ini:

You have to use a combination of these settings (at least, that is the way i found out of doing it!):

a) in the gp4\tracks\plus directory you make a season directory (e.g. gp4\tracks\plus\2012) where you put the pitboxes, pitstands etc of all 11 teams (garage_XX_back.tex ... pluspitstand_XX.tex). Put some generic textures for the team on slot 11.

b) in the settings.ini of the track you include the lines (example: Barcelona)

c) in the swap.ini of the mod include the lines

The directory Pitbox in your mod must contain the files garage_hrt_back.tex, garage_marussia_back.tex etc.

d) in the globalvars.ini of the mod you assign

slot11=hrt or slot11=marussia
and
season=2012
...
for the swap.ini lines to work!

CSM takes your assignment in the globalvars.ini, replaces the vars in the swap.ini, putting the right files into the plus\2012 folder and finaly TSM updates the track wad to include the correct textures.

In globalvars.ini you should have a selection for the team to occupy slot 11.
It could look like this:

This code will show in the "The mod's configurables" of your mode the menu item Select Team for Slot 11 with the two options HRT and Marussia. Depending on that selection, it will set the corresponding drivers names and car numbers.
