BEFORE YOU USE NEW PATCH...

if you want to be able to use any type of editor or gpx patch etc etc ..wait for a new Decrypted exe...otherwise you wan't be able to import 2002 data using things like Jons carset Creator...i haven't got the patch yet but you can guarantee it'll make a new exe therefore making all the utils for the game useless.
wait till the util makers have changed the utils to accept the new exe..

Hmm, a very reasonnable advice for people like me using a so slow 56K modem...
Whatever, i will anyhow download it to try it

backup files and then reinstall if u have a prob
