7 gears

sorry for asking this but i can't find it anywhere,
how do i get 7 gears? my game only goes to 6...

If I'm not misstaken that will oly make the AI cars to
have 7 gears. To have your own car setup with 7 gears
you have to go into Car Setup before the race, at the
weather screen and change it to 7 gears.

I think that's how you do it, I've done it but can
remember it incorrectly

if you use a perfomance file you open it and edit the file:


[Gears]
Team #00=7
Team #01=7
Team #02=7
Team #03=7
Team #04=7
Team #05=7
Team #06=7
Team #07=7
Team #08=7
Team #09=7
Team #10=7

You can tick the 7th gear option in the setup menu as well
