REAR LIGHT ON

i searched but i can find a decent answer.

i know its possible to edit rear light positions via tweaker..

shapes are bigger than last year, so we have to set lights properties.

My dificulty is:
when editing position on tweaker.

x= moves it up and down.

y= moves it left to right

z= the DAMN LIGHT simply vanishes.

i tried to change for exemple -2,207 to -2.206 and it s not showing in game.

the z position is supposed to move it forward and vice versa isnt it|?


it shoud be like wheels and camera edition.. REAL TIME conditions.

how i can push rear lights on to the properly place?

i´ve heard something to use Z MODELER Numbers but it makes no sense for me.

i miss the realtime editing for cameras and the other things too
i have nearly the same problem with the steering wheel...
But the steering wheel you can edit it ingame(RT Edit)...

the tweaker uses the same coords as the zmodeler...

why you miss if its totally possible for wheels and cameras?

updae your tweaker mate;

i have installed the updates...

tyres, helmets and the other things in the section i can edit...*
The t-cam i can edit too but not the other cameras and the light...*

you can edit all cameras...
open the ini file and you ll have 12 cameras positions for each car.

yes that can i do but not ingame...like the tyres...

i press tab to switch to the t-cam and if i press tab after editing t-cam he starts with the first thing again...

You need to ENABLE the tyres tab then in gp4tweaker.ini its not set on enable to real time edit it

TyrePos = 1 ; set to 1 to enable tyre position tweak
TyrePosEdit = 1 ; set to 1 to enable tyre position tweak

I know to edit the tyres ingame but the cameras, except the T-Cam, do not go...

i activate the RT Editing...

If you have selected with TAB to edit the onboard camera settings you toggle in the camera settings ingame with the Page Up Key with me. Toggle to another camera and you can edit this camera, ...

ok i will try the page up key...
with tab he dont switch to the other cameras...

Ah no thats correct, TAB only is to choose what you wanna change, Tyres, helmets, onboard camera, Angle, ...

you have to select the camera you want to edit yourself by Toggle with the camera's and with me its the Page Up Key.

When you see the coordinates of tweaker you'll see onboardcamera 1 2 3 ... The last one is VIEW12 = @TVCockpit thats Tcam but it actually doesn't matter how they are called in tweaker cause with real time editing you can set all camera's to T-cam if would want to do it

i will test it...

okok so another question..

I REALIZED cars when are pitting, the rear lights BLINKS like real formula1.
is there a way to make it blinks on track ( outside pit area???)

and in gptwekaerr.. why theres 4 glows properties for each car?

MAYBE SOME TWEAKER MASTERS KNOW HOW TO MAKE REAR LIGH BLINKS THE ENTIRE RACE OUTSIDE THE PIT..

Yeah I didn't know this either until recently.
Look at lower right corner of z modeler window. You should see units , x, y and z.
Move mouse cursor in right side view, you see values changing now right? (it only works in active view, right click it if nothing happens)
Align cursor with rear light object, and without moving it see what it read in bottom right corner again.
write value down in your ini file.
Works for wheels to.

YUP SOULBRINGER. I ALREADY HANDLED IT

NOW IM TRYING TO FIND IF ITS POSSIBLE TO MAKE LIGHTS BLINK ALL RACE LONG WHEN NOT DRIVING ON PIT AREA.

I MEAN

WET RACES IN GP4 THE REAR LIGHTS IS TURNED ON BUT REAL F1 IT BLINKS ALL THE TIME.

What Pimpones try to say is:

GP4 GAME: The red lights always red (no blink) in race and blink only in the pits.

REAL F1: Red lights blink in race and pits.

Pimpones needs to put GP4 red light blinks always, no only in pits (in wet races of course).
