you should give a bit more information when you're in need of some help. i guess you already installed the gpxpatch extension.
which tv style did you download and is a readme file included? if yes did you try what the readme file said about installing the tv style?

i've put the original ones in a folder called original in gpxpdata/gfx.Do I need to keep 2010 tv graphics in a folder as well?

In that folder GFX are the files that are being loaded by GPxPatch. When you want to change your graphics you will need to overwrite them from a new download. Also be sure to backup the originals if you want to keep those and to select ´Digital2004´ in the GPxSat tab.

this is not 2010 tv graphics,it's 2009 tv graphics.
