Can't install slick tyres in my Mod

I got slicktyres from an other Mod and copied the folder Tyres and Rims into my Mod folders but I got the old 2001 Tyres again. And some Teams are using Michelin tyres there. I want to have all team Bridgestone slick tyre like in my older Mod.

I downloaded some 2009 slick Tyres some time ago and replace the .tex files from the old Mod and it worked fine.
