GP4 Teamart, what is what?

I'm currently working on the teamart off our team in the GPTC.
I use CSC to import and export the graphics for them, but i would like to know how the hell you are supposed to know which of the 401 .gpi files belong to a particular team. We use the Williams slot so that would be R. Shumacher, Montya, Carprofile and Teamlogo. I know i can see now which .gpi files belong to them because of the date behind them. But is there a list of some kind where it says which .gpi file belongs to what or what it is?
