1995 physics question

hi everybody!
i have a question about physics for 1995 season.
I load the same pysics file for all the cars, and the grip values are the same for all the 11 teams.
but some cars are still hard to handle.
For example, Jordan is easy to drive, good handling and quite fast, but Ligier is quite impossible to race with.
what can I do?
