Car entry order

I would like to know where are in the game that ridiculous car entry order? Mainly in qualifying, you know every time the same order, max 13 car on track, just like in GP3 and GP2, but now that in gp4 every car has his own place into the garage, I think would be possible to have a entry order like in the real F1, few car on the beginning, a lot on the last 5 minutes.

Someone has tried to find it to make it editable?
