Fair enough.

I'm happy with a top 10 on debut for the team, we should be able to go racing from there.

Congratulations to Nick Van der Voort - Velox Racing Winner Round 1 Melbourne Grand Prix.

I'll say it now, don't like the Car of Shame, absolutly no idea who is driving it at times. For example, I can't tell whose helmet it is so I can kill him for punting Rick off the track.

Keeley, not a bad debut for the team, I'll take 5th. Rick, unlucky mate, not your fault you spun off.

My GPGSL Career
LOL, you're not meant to like the CAR OF SHAME. That's the whole idea of it. It's for failing to get your updates in after we gave you all six weeks or more!
We would have liked to have started the season earlier, but after discussions we decided to extend to the end of Jan. We even held off announcing the deadline.
Then with two days to go, panic sets in and I extended the deadline right up to the race. Lucky 7 did supply a texture but unfortunately it was incorrect, upside down and on the wrong shape and I could not do anything with it. That's why it was swapped out, and I didn't hear anything from TNR although a pm was sent. I fixed the numbers on the Velox textures myself.
Btw, it was Tim van Djick exiting the pits that collected Ric Groeneboer. That should have been mentioned in the coverage. Stefan van Renselaar did exactly the same thing, same place, and took out Ed Greenhalgh. Luck of the draw, look at it on the bright side, at least he finished the race. Better than a DNF I'd say. :-)

Quite bad race for me..

I should stop having problems with pitlanes and other cars exiting or coming in..

Don't stress too much lol ;-) Sixteen races to go, anything can happen and it probably will.

Well its not for our car anyway, but my main concern is it doesn't help watching it as a race, as it has no numbers on the car or anything.

Cheers, I'll just be finding van Dijck now...

Well done Phil - you were unlucky at the start but did well to keep third. I think we need to get the new car out soon to put you on a level field with Nick.

Really unlucky Ed, nothing you can do about muppets exiting the pits. Well done on fastest lap however.

when's the next race?:P

My GPGSL Career
The next race is Monza Italy. Stu is scheduled to run it, however he cannot run it until I upload the mod, which I cannot do until I am happy with the textures, and right now I'm not. Basically the S4 mod is almost complete, the Gpaedia, and the grid team art gpi's need updating, plus the missing cars. Two teams are missing, and apparently TSS is looking to roll out a new car.
I'll probably be running Monza, that'll be tomorrow. Nah....just kidding, it would be this week sometime, depending on what I've got happening here.
