A Really New User - Dumb Question

I was given a copy of GP4 updated to 2009 for Xmas but came without a manual. It's my first ever PC game of any sort

So far not doing too well with it. Is there a list of what each key does anywhere. I seem on a trial and error base to get loads of things on/off the screen but a key/function list wouyld sure help. I imagine they're assigned and listed in some file or other but can't find it.
Help! If anyone had a pdf list they could pm me at mbooth1@gmail.com.
