Setting grid order with the perf.

I know you add numbers to the perf, can anyone help out with that please?

you can use the great Custom Grid tool from Shaddix. With this tool, you can easily setup the grid order for every season and every race. The tool uses the performance files from the mods

This tool modify the strenght of each driver only for qualify or even for the race ?

No. It only sets the grid order.
