More teams next F1 season?

I think there will be more or less 14 teams in next year's F1 season. How will it be done in GP4? Or should Geoff Crammond come out with a GP5? 
It can't be done in GP4.
Like the 1994 mod for example, we will have to either choose 11 teams ourself, or with track specific wads/folders, have different teams for each race.
