What's the path of your Gp4 folder ?

The standard one: Infogrames/Grand Prix 4

I doubt the Guest account has the privileges to access your (admin) folder.

yep, could be the trouble here, you need to have admin access. But anyway it prooves that trouble most probably lies in your registry. Did you delete the key as given in my forum thread ?

I've made a new account, but, I dont know why, there is the same problem.

If you're sure you deleted the correct reg key, and you are using an administrator account, then it might come from something else than TeamEditor. That's why I suggested you to reinstall GP4 and try TeamEditor with default installation to be sure no mod is in the way.
