wicked idea in theory,

in practise im not sure it would work and how do u intend to organise the money. without somone running off with it all.

Tell me how you have a case. Did they EVER say, "This game is perfect, there are no bugs" and did they force you to buy it? All the reviews said it was buggy, yet we all bought it. So where's your case?

and with the money it would cost to do that we could probably make our own game anyway. and it would be wickety bo selecta.

Mercedes has take back every class A car sold to fix the problem of elk's test.

When a company sell a game of course it's not supposed to be perfect but it must respect some basic criteria,like for instance to guarantee a reasonable level of playability.

Where is the " one year warranty " ?

Moreover a deep list has been fullfilled to be a witness of what we say.

Morbid could collect money for us...but....are we asking to much to him?

I believe everyone trust him,and only few thousands of euros should be sufficient to pay a good lawyer skilled in these kind of issues.

Boomy, Mercedes did not have to "take back every A class sold" to fix problem found on Elke test. It was a pre release model and was found to have "tipped" over because of excessive weight and under inflated tyres. The rims were later found to have dug in to the road causing the accident. Conveniently, the press omitted this fact! And, yes, I own one (A160 Avantgarde). Three years now.

Come on then Boomy.....you organise it. You seem perfectly happy to pass everything on to Morbid, as you've done in another of these threads.
With games there is no "one year warranty", and Michael's right about the A Class. Why don't you ring up one of these 'No win, no fee" lawyers, and explain the situation. No one will take it on, because there's no case, they'll have top lawyers and they'll just laugh at your reasons for sueing them.


Just give up, Boomy. Enjoy the game, and stop trying to bite the hand that feeds you.
