Anti-aliasing on or off when playing GP4?

Should it be disabled alltogether? (off in Display Properites)

I have an Athlon XP 1800+
256mb DDR RAM
GeForce 4 4200Ti 128 mb Ram

GP4 is heavy enough without even thinking of antialiasing. OFF!

i use 4x aa

i agree..off ..off....there isn't enough difference in the quality to warrant leaving it on any way..

i went back to off yesterday and it looked way worse. but thats only my opinion.

what graphics card do u have rasmus?

Lucky GF4 owners - they can play 4x FSAA on any game...argg!!

2x always on except when I was playing GP4

I have a AMD 1400 mhz with 256 DDR and a GeForce Ti4200 and i run GP4 with 4x FSAA and that works without and problems or glitches at a resolution of 1024x768.

As i stated a GeForce 4 4200TI with 128mb Ram
Could it also be that only(!) have 256mb DDR ram AND Windows XP?

I have it turned off!!!..........I tried 4x but it made GP4 run in slowmo mode grrrrr

um, what does anti-aliasing do anyways?

ls shd be hear any minute to explain it. thats what he did for me when i asked that same ques.

I use 4xaa and it runs sweeet, gonna run sweeter when I upgrade to a P4 2.0 next month

Anti-aliasing just makes everything look sharper doesn't it.
