Ok guys, i know you like news so here you are some:




Works made:
> Shape conversion ( 28 GP4 objects from 8 rFactor ones)
> Fixes on nose cone and rear wing (detached vertices during conversion)
> Added GP4 style brakeglow
> Added working rear light
> Some texture improvements (nose cone and engine cover)

To do list:
> Finish to reduce number of textures (original car had many textures, I'm remapping some parts to fit less textures)
> Adjust shape position
> Make new alphas for textures (trying to simulate crhome effect in GP4)







Ye and you should work on textures in general. Thx Gigi4 for infos.
first ingame screens, still need some tweaks (sorry for no textures, for some reason they were not assigned)

Offtopic: The Textures for the WCP Cars are on the right way^^ The last 2 days I worked a lot on the BMW Textures. The Mclaren Textures are on the right way too. At the Final Version of WCP Mod all Cars have a new Skin and they are Track specific.

dont worrie i said i was updating texture, and i added it. Now it only need mapping for car 2 then someone can test it (i have crap pc)

I know there was at the launch but i'm not sure if its still there.
Until silverstone was there, dont know in germany

Gigi, there is no need to convert from rfactor to gp4. There is already a gp4 version that i gave fry ages ago which he converted to rfactor...

Ye but since that, we improved a car a lot : shape and texture
but so did we ...maybe we will give Isaint also the version we have so he can tell which is better to go on with :)

Okay here are the first lot of pics of the MP24 in-game. The shots are totally un-edited because I want everyone to see how the car looks in the sim as it is.
I will most certainly do some edited shots on this car at a later date.
First impression is that the car is a nice shape, well proportioned to the point of realism there seems to be some issues with the alpha layers and when looking at the car from another car the textures flicker off and on.Wheel trims need to be re-alined and there seem to be white texture on the cockpit floor also there is part of a texture on the bottom of the floor pan where the plank should be. That's it so far. Will up-date further......... nice car though, ... very nice. :-)
