Kizz' 2001 Tobacco helmets [SOLVED]

I'm having problems installing these helmet textures, I simply chose the resolution I wanted and copied the files into the cars.wad like it said but the textures are all over the place and not correctly placed on the helmets, they are all at weird angles.

u got the right helmet shape?

I presume they go with the standard GP4 shape as there wasn't one included. I've also noticed that when I change anything in the anim.wad file GP4 crashes without an GPxPatch error logs once it has finished loading a track.

Ah ok, thanks, any ideas on a download link? Also, why would the game crash after loading the track when I edit ANYTHING in the anim.wad file?

Look in the helmets section, Helmet Shapes 2004 Pack by Eugenio Faria

The Arai in that is what I use personally for this set

Does it crash at any particular track, I added Donington and I had crash issues with my Anim file

I've only tried Melbourne so far.

Well the helmets are working ok now BUT certain helmets still have the old textures on even though I've copied all of the new ones over.

you have to copy some helmets in the gp4\cars folder,too and overwrite the exiting ones in this folder

Ahh great, that's fixed the problem, thanks to all those that helped .
