How i can tweak tyre position in csm mod?

Hi! Everybody. How i can tweak tyre position in my csm mod? I don't have option gp4tweak: real time editing . I install R28 which i download from gp4italia.org , seem rear tyre not on the rim. Can you also give me correct tyre position with Fongu's TF108, STR3, RB4 car? Thanks for your help!
