Also, there's videos all over YouTube with a KERS system apparently active in GP4, but I can't find any sort of download links anywhere. Anyone know anything about it?

I D'loaded this from another site and it works quiet good. only thing I have found is that I can not reconfigure my graphics or keyboard settings. Also helmet on WEBBER has a toyota visor and melbourne track is not 2008/09, i think it's the orginal.

That's what you'd expect from ripped off work. The best releases come from this site. You might wait a bit longer, but they are guaranteed to be good without having any ripped off work included.

Yes I do agree with you.
But as I'm new to this forum, not able to mod gp4 (not that tech savy) and by the way not a young lad either (53yrs) I need all the help I can get.
until you gentlemen can get mod 2009 released I will stick with the mod from gp4italia (2007) I am currently using and this one maybe!

I wouldnt worry too much, I mean god its a vietnamese gp4 site, let them have their crappy stolen mod :/ anyone that downloads it is a mug!

The Mug.....many many moons ago, we had a ye olde phorum t-shirt design competition, and a user from the UK had them printed for us, 1 pound from each sale went to the site. The t-shirt printers also did the mugs, so quite a few users got them, and some with their names on as well. It is the current site banner logo, and I still have the original t-shirt designs.
The mouse, just an el-cheapo from ebay, it lights up as well. I only use it when I forget to return the wireless mouse to its charging cradle and the batteries go flat.
