This is a mod I have been working on for the past few weeks.
I am in the final stages of making it.

You should at first get permission for files in private before posting in public who denied or hasn't give permission yet...this way authors might feel pressured and this isn't any better.

I am happy to announce that the mod will be combined with a beta 09 mod by msater.

So where your gonna get 2008 Internal steering wheels?
Or your gonna use 2006 Internal steeering wheels? Honestly they
dont look even close to what they are in 2008.

I seriously don't know, at the moment the mod has a generic 2008 cockpit.

And yes I know Hega made external steering wheels.

I have edited out the names in the first post. When you have permission, then you can add the names for the cars that you have permission for.
For the rest, you can only state that links and instructions will be provided to complete the mod. If someone does not want their work to go into a mod, that is their choice, outing them here is poor form. Some of them have been here on this site a lot longer than you have. When you publicly state that something has been denied, that person may well be harassed by other users for it, or even flamed in this thread, and I'm not having that happen. I've seen it before.
The modders are the core of the GP4 community, give them the respect they deserve, they do it for free, and if they don't want it used somewhere, as I said, it's their choice.
