Open the icon of the 1994 MOD CSM with Notepad and goes to the penultimate line, this here:

[SST]
DisableBiks = 1
LoadOnlyTrack loadtracks =%%%% tracknum


Let it thus:
[SST]
DisableBiks = 1
LoadOnlyTrack = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17

By doing so, it will load all the tracks!

Is it possible for me to swap Senna for Coulthard?

I thought there was on option for Williams Second Driver in the main configuration screen?

There is, its under Williams Second Driver. You can choose between Senna, Mansell and Coulthard or Reality.
