My guess is that the dat isn't based on the original s1ct06.dat, but on another one, and Gildoorf and Paulo simply made the wad renaming process to get it on slot 6

Don't know, but I remember that this problem also occurs at Uqbar just after the finish line where pitlane exit covers track.

I would use a 2008 lap, but in Q3 they were about 2 seconds slower than me, so I prefered to use a lap as close to mine as possible, so I chose MSC's pole lap from 2006 Unless I can find Felipe's quickest Q2 lap from 2008

In the 100% race distance... the track is freezing...

Is imposible to run a complete Grand Prix.

I try in verbosity level low, medium, hig.... all GPU, 1,2 and 3...

In all cases when nearly 60 / 70 % of the race (In Bahrain are 57 laps), between laps 30 and 40 the game Freezing.

This does not happen in other circuits

Will be to there be an urgent solution, since the circuits are beautiful, but imposible to complete 100% race.

Is there any custom or new track made by community you tested and that were in the "working" circuits ?
Particulary, did you try other Gildoorf/F1Virtual tracks and are they working ?

It is almost always with the tracks of gildorf, like magny cours 2008, pasagrada and barhain 2008, and the previous track of barhain of 32bobo32 also was freezing.

Anothers tracks works well.

Why is this problem ?

No idea, that's why I ask which track is working and which is not, as we're not all running full length races.

Does Barcelona 2008 work?

I am not sure, but the Magny Cours might use gpgeneration's .gp4 as base (although it's very different now) and this track cause problems eralier, too...the same for Bahrain. We had problems with the 2006 version and this is the base for the new one...that might be the reason.
Barcelona is based on the original GP4 track and works fine.

Exactly you are alright, Barcelona works fine in a 100% race.

The problem is with M.Cours 2008 and Barhain.

Why works fine in a few laps and not in 100% race ?

It's probably the .gp4 file which causes problems...I am not sure at all, but the most crashes during track developpement occur because of .gp4 file...at least for me.

@JacquesVilleneuve : if you want to help us to track this bug down, please configure GPxpatch for full length logs and once you experience the crash, post the log on my forum (click my banner below).

I agree with you Martin. My problem with magny cours 2008 with laptop happens because of the .gp4file, I know it becuase the new .dat file worked fine with gpgeneration's older france.

I say if i can to help to correct this problem, for example, to change these files to different these ... to run the race in a track in 100 %, i have a time for that. I can tester of the track for 100 % race.
