Who can run this game at full-res?

If there is anyone here who can run this game at full res (including the newest mods with full res cars and tracks) and get a great fps and low PO. Please tell me your PC specs. I want to upgrade my pc but I am afraid of making gp4 run worst because of it. Thank you.

I can, fully maxed. I have dual core pentium E6850 3.00gh cpu 2 x ATI Radeon 3850 graphic cards, on-board 5.1 sound, 4.0 gb ram 22 inch Samsung monitor. 2 raid hd, 2 ide hd, blue ray burner, Vista OS 32bit, blah blah blah.
Average 45fps on GP4 hi res mods. PO is about 90 at race start, but no slow down.

Whats most important, is to put down what resolution and how much AF and AA you're running, as well a the system specs.u
