You defintely need to change the chicane, otherwise it will not be drivebale.
Try to create a smooth line by moving the centre of a track sector and after that adjust left and right track width.
And when you rotate sectors do it gradually, you have to avoid big angles as in the middle of the chicane in your screenshot.

Before continuing with the graphical party you have to make sure that you have as smooth runs of the curves as possible. The best graphical work is worth nothing if the physical part isn't done properly.
And it is much more work to change this later...so make sure you have a smooth .dat file before creating the graphics.
If you want to experience the problem I advise you to fix, then just run some laps at Oulton and check the two chicanes at intermediate 2 (second and third screenshot) and you will see that it's nof un to drive.
